Janet Hill

Janet is a lifelong resident of Franklin and resides with her husband David of many years. They have 3 wonderful children that live in the area along with 5 grandchildren that keep her life very active. I married my high school sweetheart Wayne in 1974. "we purchased our

home in 1974 and are still the proud owners of that very first home".

Sandra (Sam) Boissy

Sam grew up in Concord NH where she later married and raised two children. Her family spent much time during summers in the lakes region. During her time in Concord she earned her BS degree in Human Services and spent many years working in the Mental Health field both in management and direct care. She worked with Adults, families and children in both in-patient and community settings. She was involved with various committees that involved getting services to those who needed them. She also served on the Board of Directors for the Concord B&G Club. After her children were grown she decided not only to make a

physical move to the Lakes Region but also to make a career move. She had always

had an interest in Real Estate so the choice was an easy one. The many years of

working within the community and ability to understand people’s needs have been

an asset in her RE career. She believes that weather it’s buying or selling a property,
