The first time buyer seminar held last week in Tilton, NH by Central Gold Key Realty , Franklin Savings Bank and Priority Title was a huge success. There was a good turn out and a lot of information shared.

It is nice to have a few days without snow storms so folks can enjoy the outdoor activities.

The last few weeks we have had many feet of snow, and more coming this weekend for a few days.

It has not stopped folks from buying Real Estate. The ski slopes are full and you can hear the sleds go by.

It is so nice to see all the Christmas lights as you drive here in the Lakes Region.  The trees with some snow on them.

The crowds flocking to the stores to get gifts. We are showing properties. The electricians, plumbers, carpet stores are all busy. The economy is getting better we see it.  Can't wait for Christmas.

We had snow fall and black ice this week but it is not stopping folks from looking at Real Estate. Contractors are busy. I love this time of year.

Where did the summer go? What a nice summer it was. The trees are starting to turn already. Boats are coming out of the water. There is quite the activity around us. Fall,a beautiful time of the year.
